Fredy Rotten is the singer-songwriter project of Frederyk Rotter who is known as the frontman of Zatokrev. Inspired by artists such as Nick Drake, Neil Young, Johnny Cash, Robert Plant, Steve Von Till, Scott Kelly or Billy Corgan Frederyk's first demo has been recorded for his solo project in January 2008 followed by numerous gigs.

His debut album "Even If We Sleep" see the darkness of the day in 2010. Fredy Rotten is taking the melancholic path, mainly with a classical plucked guitar and vocals. Like with the band Zatokrev also with Fredy Rotten heavy and deep emotions can be felt which remind, contrary to Zatokrev's loud and mashing Noise-Doom, more of a still and untouched river.
